About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Engineer, Reliability, the Lead, Asset Condition is responsible for managing the condition monitoring program for processing equipment The Lead, Asset Condition will analyze condition monitoring data, create work orders and communicate defects to the various maintenance teams to improve the effectiveness of current processes and increase plant equipment reliability. This is a temporary 12-month term role.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong written communication and interpersonal skills, who is self-motivated and can collaborate with multiple teams of technical professionals. We require someone who is comfortable working from heights and in confined spaces. Lastly, we are looking for a person that is open and willing to take on new responsibilities and training opportunities to further develop your skills.

Salary: $98,000 / year
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
