About the role:
Are you passionate about safety and ensuring the safety of others? If so, we would love to have you join our Health and Safety team at our Line Creek Operations.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Safety and Loss Control, the Coordinator, Safety and Loss Control is responsible for working with contractors and employees of varying backgrounds to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible execution of work and supporting high potential risk initiatives. With direction from the Line Creek Operations team, the Coordinator, Safety and Loss Control will develop and grow a program that is critical to the success of the operation.
To be successful, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and driven to produce results. Someone who will find opportunities for growth and improvement and will gain trust and compliance in those initiatives. To achieve this you must have well-honed communication and interpersonal skills, be able to gauge your audience, and convey a message effectively.

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
