About the role:
Reporting to the Superintendent, Operating Excellence and Controller, the Senior Cost
Analyst
is responsible for generating a current and forward-looking view of our business by consolidating and analysing monthly performance, monthly forecast information and annual budget information. This role will support the financial decision-making processes, including historical performance analysis and reporting, and improve systems in collaboration with partners across our support departments.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, who is also detail oriented and meticulous in their work. The successful candidate would use strong interpersonal and communication skills to present financial data in a meaningful way that maximizes the impact and value for the audience. The ability to thrive under pressure and work independently to meet challenging priorities while building relationships within the business is vital for success in this role.

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
