About the role:
Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance Excellence, the Senior Engineer Supervisor, Maintenance is responsible for all aspects of project management involved in delivering a portfolio of safe and environmentally responsible projects on time and on budget. The Senior Engineer Supervisor will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for site project delivery through project stages and gates from pre-scoping through to closeout.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong leadership, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with others to plan capital projects. Experience working on large projects, leading multiple internal resources, external contractors and consultants is an asset.

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
