About the role:

Reporting to the Engineer Manager, the Senior Engineer Supervisor Geotechnical is responsible for leading a team that directs all geotechnical functions at the mine site, from day-to-day operational support to longer term technical analysis.

 

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills who is a motivated self starter, organized, and able to prioritize contending demands. Technical and leadership skills are both highly valued, as these skills are vital for leading and mentoring our geotechnical team to success. The successful candidate will also play an active role in the broader EVR geotechnical community through ongoing collaboration with geotechnical personnel in our other engineering groups.

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
