About the role: 

Reporting to the Senior Supervisor , Mine Operations, the Supervisor, Mine Operations is responsible to managing the safe production of their work area, following the daily mine plan and shift notes, and directing the crew's daily activities  while working to support the long-term goals of the operation. This position follows a 4x4 days and nights rotation.

To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities who will collaborate with and establish strong relationships across multi-disciplinary teams. This role requires versatility and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment, characterized by change and ambiguity. Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills including the ability to empower, coach, and mentor others are vital.

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
