About the role:
 
Reporting to the Senior Lead, Lands and Conservation, you’ll take on a dynamic role as Coordinator, Lands and Conservation—supporting hands-on fieldwork and data management that directly contributes to EVR’s Nature Strategy and sustainability goals. You'll help shape the future value of EVR’s non-mining private lands across the scenic Elk Valley, conducting site inspections, leading contractor activities, and enabling safe, respectful recreational access. This position offers the chance to work outdoors, build partnerships, and drive meaningful environmental outcomes in a community that values balance between nature and livelihood. 
 
To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. This individual will have strong critical thinking and decision making abilities with a proven capacity for practical problem-solving. Creating and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders is vital in this role.

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
