About the role:
Reporting to the Risk Assurance and Advisory Director, the Senior Lead, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's governance, risk, and compliance programs. This role involves ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. The Senior Lead GRC will work closely with various departments to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, paired with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. This individual is confident in making sound decisions, communicates effectively, and builds strong working relationships across teams. They thrive both independently and in collaborative environments, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
