About the role: 

EVR is looking for motivated and experienced individuals to contribute to the 2026 exploration drilling projects to be based at one of EVR’s Mine Operations or Projects in the Sparwood and Elkford, BC area.

The position(s) are available on a 3-month defined term and employment will range from October to December 2026. There may be an opportunity for an extension beyond the initial term, subject to operational requirements.

We are looking for a results-driven professional, with strong organizational, planning, and communications skills who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to continuous improvement.

As part of the exploration team, you will support the planning and execution of exploration and geoscience programs, while upholding EVR’s standards for safety, environmental stewardship, and community engagement. Using your technical expertise, you will help ensure the exploration and drill programs are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with EVR’s priorities, culture and values. The role also includes overseeing field contractors and supporting the coordination of field-based activities.

Salary: 101,400 CAD/ year
 
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
