About the role:   

Reporting to the Manager Engineering, at Greenhills Operations, the Senior Engineer Supervisor, Long Range Planning is responsible for leading a team in the development of operational long range mine plans and projects that sustain the life of our operations while mitigating risks. This role has a key focus to optimize long range designs through the economic, environmental, cultural and social lenses. Primary activities of the team include pit optimization, detailed mine design and scheduling, and options analysis. This role will be primarily office-based but with field requirements as necessary.   

   

To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can build relationships in a team. This person is self-motivated, adaptable, and can prioritize multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding decision-making, creativity, and the ability to find solutions are vital to success.   


The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
