About the role: 

Reporting to the Superintendent, Process Maintenance, the Supervisor, Maintenance Processing is responsible for leading maintenance crews and ensuring maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with departmental and company objectives. This role oversees shutdown ownership and management, schedule execution, trades supervision, continuous improvement, and ensuring all work meets EVR’s standards for safety, environmental responsibility, and operational excellence.

To be successful, we are looking for a confident and collaborative leader with a proven ability to mentor and motivate individuals, build strong working relationships, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technical environment. A continuous improvement mindset, solid decision-making skills, and the ability to guide teams through complex maintenance work are key to success in this role.

Salary range: 123,000 - 145,000 CAD/Year


The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
