Reporting to the Shovel Crew Supervisor, Maintenance, the Crane Operator Journeyperson is responsible for safely operating the Crane to provide operational support in an open pit coal mine by relocating and repositioning equipment and materials. Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills. This person will excel within a fast paced, flexible work environment that interacts with a variety of trades.
