About the role:

Reporting to the Water Management Lead, the Water Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing the site's water management program by supporting water management infrastructure, monitoring programs, data management and reporting, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Coordinator serves as the primary day-to-day technical resource for the water management program and works closely with Operations, Mine Engineering, Environment, Projects, consultants, and contractors to support both operational and strategic water management objectives.

This is a dynamic role that combines technical office work with regular field activities. Success in this position requires developing a strong understanding of the site's water management systems through routine field inspections, verification of water management instrumentation, and close collaboration with Operations. Field work will vary throughout the year depending on operational priorities, seasonal conditions, and project requirements, requiring the ability to work safely and effectively in an active mining environment.

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, who can build and foster positive relationships with partners across all levels of our organization. In addition, strong problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, and analytical skills as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are vital for this role.

Salary range: 96,000 - 113,000 CAD/ year


The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
