About the role:

Reporting to the Lead Occupational Hygienist, the Coordinator, Health and Hygiene is responsible for maintaining and implementing exposure reduction strategies as a part of the Occupational Health and Hygiene program at our Fording River Operations.

To be successful, we are looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, who can influence partners at all levels and areas of the organization. The successful candidate has strong problem-solving abilities, who can prioritize workloads, and keep organized and accurate records. We also require someone who is analytical and adaptable, with a passion for continuous improvement.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our occupational hygiene team and work with other groups across our operations, build your network and share findings. This is an exciting chance to grow in your career as a hygienist!

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
