About the role:
Reporting to the Superintendent, Process Maintenance, the Lead, Asset Condition is responsible for executing condition-based monitoring tasks and inspections on mobile equipment. The Lead, Asset Condition will analyse condition monitoring data, create work orders and communicate defects to the various maintenance teams to improve the effectiveness of current processes and increase equipment reliability.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong written communication and interpersonal skills, who is self-motivated and can collaborate with multiple teams of technical professionals. We require someone who is comfortable working from heights and in confined spaces. Lastly, we are looking for a person that is open and willing to take on new responsibilities and training opportunities to further develop your skills.
